Questionable Ethics & Horrific Customer Service
The visuals and game play in this game are great! Lots to do and easy to acquire common cards. New cards are released constantly, which keeps you interested.
Unfortunately, thats where the praise stops.
Ive been playing this game for over a year and honestly feel that "I free studios" has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
For example I purchased parts of a card (you must collect all "scraps" to make some cards) but I never received them. Ive literally written ifree studios 11 times and they refuse to even respond. Also, they seem to not care that their servers have so many network errors. When emailed they say to check my connection. Well, when I play with 65+ people and we are all getting same error, its not my connection. The amount crystals (a form of currency in game), we need to purchase to participate or get a new card has almost tripled since Ive started playing.
Lastly, we had a fellow player work at an achievement which gave out a special card. She went on vacation and she returned, the card was removed from her inbox. Ifree refuses to give her what she is owed. And what makes this even surprising is that this player has spent well over $30,000 US on this game. Goes to show how little ifree thinks of its customers. There are lots of other issues with this company but too many to list here. Unfortunately, if this persists, I wont be playing much longer and neither will many of their core players.
